Closing comment circulations

When a comment circulation has been responded to by all participants, it can be closed to remove it from the Document circulations view. The text (closed) is appended to the Request for comments comments of all documents in the circulation. Any empty Waiting for comment comments are deleted. A closed circulation can be found by searching and reopened.

To close a comment circulation:

1. Verify that all documents have received the required responses as described in Viewing responses to a comment circulation.
2. Click the Outbox tab. The circulations that you have sent are listed.
3. Click Close in the row for the circulation that you want to close. The view refreshes with the circulation removed.
